Draft Orders ≠ Real Orders

You should not consider a draft order as a real order.
Important
The draft order status changes to complete when the customer makes payment and completes the checkout.

Also, consider a draft order with an open status as an abandonment order.

Why drafts orders created in my store?

Draft orders are created when a customer initiates a checkout with upsell / cross sell offers from the UFE app widget.
 
You need not worry about the draft orders created by the UFE app, only focus on the Shopify admin > Orders section.
