Our Pricing is based on the Sales Volume of the store, it depends on the simple logic that small stores pay small or even $0, and big stores pay big.
"There is no point in paying the same monthly app price by the merchant with 0 orders and the one with 50,000 orders per month". — this is the simple logic we believe in.
This plan helps both big and small merchants to keep their ROI (Return on investment) always positive.
What's the pricing of the app?
Our plans are based on the sales volume of the store, so we take total monthly store orders to gauge sales volume.
Note: Total monthly store orders don't mean the order generated only from the app. We count all the orders that come into the store within a 30-day billing cycle.

How to cancel the subscription?
Shopify app subscription is handled by Shopify, so you can simply uninstall the app to cancel the subscription automatically.

Why should I accept the maximum amount of billing?
As you know our monthly prices are based on the total store orders, so merchants with 60 orders per month need to be billed $9.99 per month, and those who are having 100,000 orders per month need to be billed $249.99 per month, and this can vary each month.
That's the reason you need to accept the maximum possible amount. It doesn't mean you will be charged the maximum amount every month.
You will only be charged based on the orders of your store.
The monthly prices might vary every month. In the first month if the merchant has 150 orders, they will be billed with an amount of $19.99 and in the second month if the monthly orders go up to 1000 then we need to bill them with an amount of $49.99 on that month.
No worries! You will not be billed $249.99 unless you are processing 100,000 orders per month.
Is the app FREE to use?
Yes and No!
There is something called a base plan.
Our app is FREE till 50 orders per month if you accept "With Watermark Base Plan - $0", this plan will have a "Powered by UFE" watermark on the bottom of the widgets.
You will be charged $9.99 if you accept "Without Watermark Base Plan - $9.99" even if your orders are less than 50 per month.
Is it worth removing "Powered By Watermark"?
According to the popular notion, accepting "Without watermark plan" will be a better decision you can make at the beginning of the upselling journey!
Trust me, it's always worth removing the watermark from the widgets. Give a premium look to your store, take e-commerce seriously!

How billing actually works?
Our app is billed on a 30-day monthly billing cycle basis.
If your total store orders are less than 50 orders then the price is FREE - $0 per month.
You can either choose one of them
- With 'Powered By UFE' watermark Plan - Base Plan is $0
- Without 'Powered By UFE' watermark Plan - Base Plan is $9.99
Base Plan indicates the plan price that is charged monthly if your monthly orders are less than 50.
Note: If your monthly store orders are already more than 50 then you can't stay on
With Watermark - Base Plan $0

Let's consider an example of how our app is billed for the 2 months.
If you install the app on January 1st and the 7-day free trial will end by January 7th
First Month #1
For With Watermark Plan - Base Plan $0 (FREE Plan),
Let’s assume you’ve got 30 orders from
January 8th - February 8th
, in that case, you will not be billed because your base plan is $0.For Without Watermark Plan - Base Plan $9.99 (Paid Plan),
You will be billed an amount of $9.99 for the billing cycle from
January 8th - February 8th
for 30 orders in the paid plan as a watermark removal charge.Second Month #2
For With Watermark Plan - Base Plan $0 (FREE Plan),
On the second month, let’s assume you've got 180 monthly store orders so that you will be billed an amount of $19.99 on the
February 8th - March 8th
billing cycle.For Without Watermark Plan - Base Plan $9.99 (Paid Plan),
On the second month, let’s assume you've got 180 monthly store orders so that you will be billed with the amount of $9.99 on the first day of every billing cycle
Eg: February 8th
, and the remaining amount of $19.99 - $9.99 = $10 will be billed on March 8th
for the February 8th - March 8th
billing cycle.So you will see 2 charges in your monthly invoice, but the total amount will be same against your monthly store orders.
Note: If your monthly store orders come down to 30 in the next month then you will not be billed if you are base plan $0, and you will be billed $9.99 only if you are base plan $9.99
Do you charge monthly if I am not using it?
Yes! If you are not using the app, please uninstall it from your store, because it's an automated process that gets billed every 30-day billing cycle.

How do the refunds work?
At our company, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you have any issues with our Shopify app, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
General Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our Shopify app, please contact us at support@helixo.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund as soon as possible and you will get to the original payment method within 5 business days of the request. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account (Shopify is dealing with the next part after the refund is initiated from our side), depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Issues related to compatibility with third-party apps or software
- Changes to Shopify's platform that affect the functionality of our app
- Failure to use our app correctly, as outlined in our documentation and support resources
- Keep the app installed without using it
Double Charge:
If you have been double-charged for our Shopify app, we will issue a refund for the extra charge. Please contact us at support@helixo.co with your order details and we will process your refund promptly.
Maximum Refund Period:
Our maximum refund period is 3 last consecutive months. If you are not satisfied with our Shopify app or if it does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us within 3 months of your purchase date to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued for the most recent 3 months of charges.
