The app is designed to work in a certain way. Trying to change that manually may result in breaking some other thing.
So it's always better to contact customer service agent before trying anything thats beyond the customization in app ( ones not available in settings or documentation ).
For example ,
If a store owner wants to show a checkbox for selecting upsell instead of 'Yes I Want' button. Which can be done by adding additional CSS, but that's not the way it supposed to work.
Changes like that may work or not, some time it even break other parts of app.
