Step 1: Create an offer widget

- Create a cross-sell / upsell offer with
Popup
style — This is the main offer
We are going to create downsell for this main offer.
Step 2: Create downsell
- Click
Add Downsell
and select an offer type (you can change the offer type to bundle or any other offer, I am creating another simple cross-sell offer, you can also use Split test for downsells later)
- Select the offer products for downsell
- Give somewhat
high discount
(it's better to give high discounts for downsell — more likely to increase conversions)
- Change
